Motivation Intake

Sometime people loosing their motivation in live cause many problems or task. it's normal as a human being having lack motivation in daily activities. Fluctuation is comes in motivating our self so, we should upgrade our self for any kinds of task that we have. I called it Motivation Intake in daily live and this is the menu for that:
1. Write down your big dreams in live on a paper and put it under your pillow.
2. Manage your willingness based on you need.
3. Do the easy task on your carrier
4. Discuss with your mate about your job or live.
5. Read a book that supporting your carrier
6. Read a novel
7. Read a news paper
8. Get exercise like; play soccer, jogging or go to gym club.
9. Take a vacation and get your holiday.
10.Go to your old friends in high school or university.
11. Browsing on internet
12. Online on your Facebook.
13. Keep praying to Allah SWT.

This tips is good to intake your motivation hope you can get it by doing one of the tips. Success
